Dren Bio, led by CEO Nenad Tomasevic, is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune disorders, and other serious diseases. Its pipeline includes two distinct programs: the first focuses on antibody engineering to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity ("ADCC") capabilities, and the second revolves around its proprietary targeted myeloid engagement and phagocytosis platform.
