Sengenics is a functional proteomics company that uses its patented KREX technology to produce full-length, correctly folded, and functional proteins. The key applications of KREX are the discovery of autoantibody biomarkers for two core medical use cases: stratifying patients receiving treatments for autoimmune or cancer drugs, and identifying autoantibody biomarkers that can be used to diagnose cancer, autoimmune, or neurodegenerative diseases. Some autoantibodies identified as diagnostic biomarkers may be protective and themselves have the potential as therapeutic biomolecules.
