Avera is a care service provider. Its launched service, Avera Care, offers behavioral health, emergency, hospitalist, intensive care, pharmacy, and geriatric care services to approximately 600 sites, including rural hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, and schools across 32 states. Through Avera Care, specialists provide care management services and teleconsultations to institutions that may lack sufficient professional staff.
