Fiagon AG Medical Technologies was born out of the doctoral thesis projects of co-founders Dr. Timo Kruger and Dr. Dirk Mucha, starting in 2007 as a disruptive technology with innovative foresight: reimagining image navigation by enhancing the functionality of electromagnetic navigation while making it user-friendly. This revolutionary approach achieved steady growth in the European market, establishing Fiagon as a technological leader in electromagnetic surgical navigation solutions. In 2014, Fiagon's ENT platform received FDA approval, expanding the company’s market access. Over the following three years, global influence was further extended by entering China's ENT market and the U.S. brain market.
