Ellodi Pharmaceuticals is a professional biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the clinical development of APT-1011. APT-1011 is a novel therapy in Phase III development for the treatment of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) generated by Adare Pharmaceuticals (Adare). Ellodi Pharmaceuticals was established after TPG Capital sold Adare's specialized CDMO pharmaceutical technology and microbiome business to Thomas H. Lee Partners and Frazier Healthcare Partners. As part of the transaction, TPG Capital retained ownership of APT-1011 and its associated science, with the aim of creating a new entity focused on the continued development of this program.
