Edoc Acquisition Corp. was incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands for the purpose of acquiring, engaging in share exchanges, share reorganizations and mergers, purchasing all or substantially all of its assets, entering into contractual arrangements or engaging in any such activities, merging with one or more businesses or entities operating in similar lines of business. Edoc Acquisition Corp. intends to focus on businesses operating in the healthcare industry in North America and the Asia-Pacific region, with potential targets including hospitals or hospital networks, chains of specialty clinics, chronic disease care providers, telemedicine/digital health providers and/or related technology/platform supporters, or AI/big data-enabled diagnostic providers.
