Ansa Biotechnologies is building faster and cheaper DNA synthesis services to accelerate synthetic biology research. Ansa's core technology is a novel enzyme-based DNA synthesis method that will be faster, cleaner, and more accurate than existing methods. This unique approach, developed by the founders at UC Berkeley, uses a template-independent engineered polymerase conjugated with a trinucleotide molecule, enabling the rapid construction of DNA sequences one base at a time.
