Manifold Bio

Manifold Bio, a spin-off from George Church's Lab at Harvard Medical School, focuses on significantly increasing the throughput of in vivo protein therapeutic testing. Manifold Bio is building a protein barcoding platform to bring multiplex measurement capabilities to the development of protein therapeutics. These barcodes are carefully designed for stability and allow pooled measurements of drug candidates in both in vitro and in vivo assays. By enhancing the ability to track numerous protein designs simultaneously, Manifold Bio can generate large datasets and rapidly gain insights into the principles of designing effective and safe biologics within the most relevant systems.
