Medbio is a leading contract manufacturer that provides innovative manufacturing solutions for the medical and biotechnology industries. They specialize in precision injection molding, injection mold machining, assembly, packaging, project management, and design support.Founded in 2004 and located on the southwest side of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Medbio quickly gained a reputation for high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In its early stages, their growth was driven by the dedication and industry experience of Sean Callaghan, Ryan Heidenfeld, Mark Longcore, and Joe Szyperski.Ron and Chris Williams joined the company in October 2006, further strengthening the depth and breadth of Medbio’s expertise. The Williams brothers had previously developed and owned a highly successful medical device company, which provided the momentum needed to grow and expand Medbio, even during the economic downturn of 2009.Since its establishment, Medbio has served a growing customer base and significantly increased production revenue each year. In September 2011, Medbio moved into a new facility on the southeast side of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and later expanded to 65,000 square feet in 2013.
