PainReform is a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to reformulating established therapies. PainReform's proprietary extended-release drug delivery system is designed to provide longer post-surgical pain relief without the need for repeated dosing, while also reducing the potential requirement for opioid use. PainReform’s first product, PRF-110, is based on the local anesthetic ropivacaine and targets the postoperative pain management market. PRF-110 is an oil-based viscous clear solution that is directly deposited into the surgical wound bed prior to wound closure to deliver localized and prolonged postoperative analgesia.
