Trishula Therapeutics

Trishula Therapeutics is a clinical-stage private company specializing in the development of TTX-030 in collaboration with AbbVie, a first-in-class anti-CD39 antibody. TTX-030 inhibits the activity of CD39, an enzyme that converts ATP to AMP, which is the initial step in adenosine generation within the tumor microenvironment. TTX-030 prevents the formation of immunosuppressive extracellular adenosine and sustains high levels of immune-activating extracellular ATP, thereby stimulating dendritic cells and myeloid-derived cells essential for both innate and adaptive immunity. Currently, TTX-030 is being studied as a monotherapy in Phase 1/1b clinical trials and is being evaluated in combination with anti-PD-1 therapy and standard chemotherapy for adults with advanced cancer.
