D2M Biotherapeutics is a tumor immunotherapy drug developer that focuses on the research and development of next-generation tumor immunotherapy drugs driven by genomics. It aims to identify high-quality targets with a higher probability of success by targeting genetically validated disease-related immune pathways, thereby expanding the potential of immunotherapy. By deeply mining unprecedented disease genomic data, D2M has built a novel target discovery platform. D2M is establishing a sharply focused pipeline for monoclonal antibody or protein therapies targeting genetically validated immune pathways. Currently, D2M's focus is on developing novel biologics for cancer and rare immune diseases with limited treatment options, beyond anti-PD1/L1 IO therapies.
