Dualogics is a biotechnology company located at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Compared with alternative methods, Dualogics uses proprietary bispecific antibody technology to create bispecific antibody products with superior performance. Dualogics aims to collaborate with academic and industry partners to develop and test a range of multifunctional therapies and reagents. Dualogics' vision is to leverage the latest advances in the field of protein engineering to develop improved antibody therapies. Dualogics is actively building therapeutic solutions for tolerance-inducing therapies targeting autoimmune diseases and immune-activating antibodies for oncology applications. Dualogics' most advanced program, DLA001, is a bispecific antibody for the treatment of acute GVHD and other T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, and type I diabetes.
