AMS OnsiteAMS Onsite was established in 2018 to provide antimicrobial stewardship as well as the development and management services for infection control and prevention programs to nursing homes. The practice provides recommendations for infection prevention specialists and offers best practice advice tailored to the population and needs of care facilities.AMS Onsite provides multiple programs, including Sterisis, which offers a complete ICP/AMS program specifically designed for long-term care. An integral part of the AMS Onsite program is PCR-based testing, conducted via nasal swab. Results are submitted within 24 hours. The Sterisis program currently tests for 37 respiratory pathogens, including COVID-19.
