IsoTherapeutics Group, LLC is a radiopharmaceutical company founded in 2005 by two entrepreneur-scientists who are passionate about advancing radiopharmaceutical technologies. The company's scientists, previously employed by Dow Chemical Company, developed the radiopharmaceutical QUADRAMET® for the treatment of bone pain caused by metastatic cancer, as well as arthritis, osteoporosis, and osteomyelitis. IsoTherapeutics’ scientists hold over 100 patents for the development of chemical and radiopharmaceutical formulations.IsoTherapeutics offers contract research and manufacturing services to assist clients and collaborators in drug development. The company holds radioactive material licenses and can handle various radioisotopes of interest to the radiopharmaceutical community. IsoTherapeutics also has an animal testing facility capable of conducting biodistribution and pharmacokinetic studies using radiolabeled compounds in normal or xenograft models.
