Vision Xlab

Vision Xlab is a highly distinctive medical device manufacturer in the field of optometry and ophthalmology. Its optometric solutions mainly involve myopia prevention and control for teenagers, vision correction for adults and treatment of ocular surface diseases, a full range of contact lens care products, as well as optometric examination equipment. Several of its developed and produced devices, including the scleral lens, are the first of their kind in China, filling industry gaps. The scleral lens product currently under development by Vision Xlab will be the first innovative product of its kind in China, also filling an industry gap. A scleral lens is a special type of rigid, high oxygen-permeable contact lens supported by the sclera, capable of addressing severe refractive errors, irregular corneal vision correction, as well as exposure keratitis caused by various reasons, postoperative ocular surface repair, and moderate to severe dry eye syndrome. Currently, the clinical trials for the pre-market launch of Vision Xlab's scleral lens product are being led by several well-known large ophthalmic hospitals in China, including Wenzhou Medical University Eye Hospital and the Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital affiliated with Fudan University.
