At Sense Health, we believe that technology can support rather than replace the human connection between providers and patients. Our patient engagement platform facilitates semi-automated mobile communication between providers and patients. Our end users are typically non-clinical providers (e.g., care managers, patient navigators, health coaches, etc.), and their numbers are increasing as care management programs expand to support patients between doctor appointments in a more cost-effective manner.
