IgGenix is taking a revolutionary approach to directly address food allergies by redesigning key antibodies involved in the allergic cascade. They believe they can truly transform the landscape of allergic diseases, allowing people to live without constantly worrying about life-threatening allergic reactions. Starting with a deep understanding of molecular immunology, we utilize an antibody-based therapeutic platform to potentially achieve faster, deeper, and more lasting clinical responses. We push the limits of single-cell genomic technologies to capture and analyze extremely rare human B cells expressing allergen-binding antibodies. We engineer these antibodies to uniquely capture allergens and confer them with potent immunomodulatory activity from the IgG antibody class to suppress allergic reactions. Our team is working hard today to make this life-changing new therapy a reality.
