Fujian Haixi Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haixi Pharma"), established in Fuzhou in March 2012 with the strong support of the provincial and municipal governments of Fujian Province and relevant departments, is a pharmaceutical enterprise that centers on the Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) framework and spans the entire upstream and downstream industrial chain including R&D, clinical research, production, and sales. Over the past 12 years, Haixi Pharma has forged an unconventional development path — focusing on both generic drugs and innovative drugs, adhering to the development philosophy of "Generics Supporting Innovation, Innovation Driving the Future." In terms of generics, the company emphasizes the development of first-to-market generics, difficult-to-copy generics, and high-barrier generics, while fully leveraging national pharmaceutical policy incentives such as the MAH system, generic drug consistency evaluation, and national drug centralized procurement, achieving remarkable results: As of September 2024, 13 drugs have been approved by the National Medical Products Administration for marketing. Among them, Mosapride Citrate Tablets (Anbilite®), Cinacalcet Hydrochloride Tablets (Ruiantuo®), and Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets (Haihuitong®) successfully won bids in the fourth, fifth, and eighth rounds of national drug centralized procurement, respectively covering markets in 10, 7, and 9 provinces. These achievements in generics not only ensured the steady growth of the company but also provided momentum for the development of innovative drugs. In the field of innovative drugs, guided by clinical value, Haixi Pharma focuses on developing small molecule innovative drugs with global market potential and clear clinical needs. Its leading project, C019199, is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical trials, marking a new phase in innovative drug development. The core R&D team of Haixi Pharma is led by Dr. Kang Xinshan, a national-level overseas high-level entrepreneurial talent, and includes a group of PhDs and Masters, among whom are national and provincial overseas high-level entrepreneurial talents and "Double Hundred Plan" talents. The company actively engages in university-enterprise cooperation and serves as an internship base for multiple universities such as Fuzhou University, Fujian Medical University, and Minjiang University. It also maintains close collaborations with Peking University, Xiamen University, and other institutions to carry out scientific research activities. As of September 2024, the company has been granted more than 30 invention patents.
