Senova

Senova is a manufacturer of in-vitro diagnostic medical devices based in Germany. In June 2020, Senova collaborated with ams AG, a global leading supplier of high-performance sensor solutions. By combining Senova’s technology with ams AG’s spectral sensor technology, they successfully completed trials to enhance the performance and usability of lateral flow tests for detecting antibodies related to the Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) virus. Specifically, ams AG developed a sensor module based on the AS7341L spectral sensor, capable of reading lateral flow immunoassay data through spectral analysis.
