Pacific Reach Properties

Pacific Reach was founded in 2014 by co-founders Azim Jamal and Joe Moosa. Azim and Joe began diversifying their investments to include other real estate assets by acquiring the 280-room Vancouver Guildford Sheraton Hotel. Between 2011 and 2013, they ventured into commercial and multi-family real estate, purchasing 2,000 apartment units in Phoenix and 300 in Los Angeles. In 2013, they acquired the iconic Maple Leaf Quay Tower in downtown Toronto—a waterfront landmark comprising 517 residential units and 84,000 square feet of commercial space.
