NFlection is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing novel therapies to address the needs of patients with neurofibromatosis type 1, immunosuppression-mediated squamous cell carcinoma, and congenital nevi (such as keratinocytic epidermal nevus and nevus sebaceous). To address these rare diseases, which are driven by abnormal activation of the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK pathway and are also known as RASopathies, they are developing a first-in-class MEK (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase) inhibitor for topical treatment.
