AireHealth, founded in 2018, is a nebulizer and medical application that provides patient engagement and medication adherence tracking. AireHealth has set itself apart by focusing on patient-facing digital capabilities and adherence tracking. The new combined product, VitalBreath, powered by BreathResearch, appears to enhance the functionality of the virtual care platform, enabling it to support the early detection of respiratory failure. AireHealth's virtual care platform, VitalBreath, allows for the early detection of respiratory decline. By combining medication adherence and patient engagement with connected drug delivery, connected respiratory devices, and a patient-centered companion app, complete visibility into the treatment cycle can be achieved. AireHealth uses 35 patented and IP-protected biomarkers to examine different aspects of lung health and processes them in their AI engine to classify symptom severity. The VitalBreath solution then detects anomalies, draws attention to them, and manages respiratory care. Additionally, there is a remote patient monitoring (RPM) vital signs tool for home use and a phone camera-based warning system for assessing patient falls. By tracking symptoms, status, decline, interventions, and outcomes, AireHealth can establish a dataset for clinical benchmarks.
