First Dollar is a medical savings platform, focusing on HSAs (tax-free savings accounts that can be used for medical expenses, doctor visit copayments, or medical prescriptions) targeting Millennials and Generation Z.First Dollar helps consumers make better use of healthcare savings accounts or HSAs. First Dollar is usable on both the front-end and back-end of HSA accounts. It charges employers a monthly management fee to handle payroll and HSA reporting.
