COMPASS Pathways is a mental health care company dedicated to promoting patient access to evidence-based innovations in mental health treatment. COMPASS Pathways is urgently seeking better ways to help those suffering from mental health challenges and alleviate their distress. COMPASS Pathways' first major initiative is the development of psilocybin therapy for treatment-resistant depression (TRD). COMPASS Pathways is currently conducting the world's first large-scale clinical trial of psilocybin therapy for TRD across 20 sites in Europe and North America. In 2018, COMPASS Pathways' psilocybin therapy program for TRD received "FDA Breakthrough Therapy" designation.
