Twine Health is a cloud-based healthcare platform that currently focuses primarily on patients with chronic diseases, using a "health coach" model to enable doctors to guide patients. Patients are treated as "health apprentices," continuously communicating with their doctor "coaches" throughout the treatment process. Doctors and patients can collaboratively develop treatment plans through a synchronized application, monitoring the treatment and rehabilitation process to achieve therapeutic goals.
