Chemclin Diagnostics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chemclin Diagnostics), formerly known as Beijing Chemclin Biotech Co., Ltd., was established in 2007 and is one of the earliest companies in China specializing in the development of clinical immunology diagnostic products. Chemclin Diagnostics focuses on the research, development, production, sales, and service of clinical in vitro diagnostic (In Vitro Diagnostics, IVD) products. In September 2019, Beijing Chemclin Biotech Co., Ltd. was restructured into Chemclin Diagnostics Co., Ltd. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chemclin Boyang Diagnostics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., is located in Zhangjiang Science City, Shanghai. Currently, chemiluminescent immunoassay is the core business of Chemclin Diagnostics. Technologically, after developing products across generations of radioimmunoassay, enzymatic chemiluminescent immunoassay, and light-initiated chemiluminescent immunoassay platforms, Chemclin Diagnostics' R&D team has accumulated extensive experience in developing reagent and instrument system products. Among these, Light Initiated Chemiluminescence Assay (LICA) is an advanced immunochemiluminescent platform technology that holds a leading position both domestically and internationally. It integrates high molecular nanosphere technology, light-initiated chemiluminescent signal labeling technology, homogeneous immunoassay binding technology, and supporting instrumentation technology. The technology was successfully developed through years of effort by a technical team led by Professor Weiguo Zhao, a senior overseas returnee scholar and the company's Chief Technology Officer (CTO). To date, a wide range of immunodiagnostic reagent products and series of matching instrument products have been successfully developed.
