Genespire’s goal is to cure patients with severe diseases through next-generation gene therapies based on Genespire's proprietary advanced lentiviral vector platform. Our pioneering Immune Shielding (ISLV) technology enables best-in-class in vivo applications of lentiviral vectors in the liver. By combining integration-deficient lentiviral vectors with gene editing (IDLV-GE), we further develop ex vivo gene therapies for efficient and versatile targeted insertion of therapeutic genes in blood cells.
