Youcare Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, with its headquarters located in Beijing. It is a pharmaceutical group enterprise integrating new drug research and development, drug production, and distribution sales. On December 24, 2020, Youcare was listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the stock code 688658. Centering on "products, production capacity, and industrial chain," Youcare has set up a group drug research institute in Beijing. Based on pharmaceutical raw material bases in Anhui and Henan, it has established different preparation production bases in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Hefei. The group is now among the top 100 pharmaceutical enterprises in China's pharmaceutical industry, ranks among the top ten in R&D, is a national model enterprise for technological innovation, a national "quality benchmark" enterprise, a "green factory" under the national green manufacturing system construction demonstration enterprise, a national pilot demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing, and a nationally recognized enterprise technology center. It is also a G20 leading enterprise in Beijing's biopharmaceutical industry leapfrog development project, a benchmark enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in Beijing, and has been awarded the title of "National Civilized Unit." Guided by clinical needs, Youcare continuously improves drug quality standards and develops innovative drugs through technological innovation. The company successively established the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Cephalosporin Drug Polymorph Research, the Beijing Engineering Research Center for Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases, and the Microsphere Sustained and Controlled Release Formulation Technology Development Platform. It has also set up an academician expert workstation and a postdoctoral research workstation at Youcare Group. In 2015 and 2016, it won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award for two consecutive years. The group currently has more than 200 product specifications, covering multiple therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, digestive system, anti-infective, endocrine, and anti-tumor. In 2021, Youcare officially launched the clinical trial of nucleic acid anticancer drug CT102 in collaboration with the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army. Relying on its subsidiary Tianlong Pharmaceutical, Youcare concentrated resources to build a nucleic acid drug R&D technology platform, marking the company’s full entry into the nucleic acid drug sector. In terms of production and quality management, Youcare Group continues to promote technological innovation, implement intelligent manufacturing and green production, and align its drug production system with international standards. In 2011, Youcare's solid tablet and capsule production lines passed EU GMP certification, and representative certified products such as omeprazole enteric-coated capsules entered the European market; in 2015, the Guangzhou plant passed Japan's JGMP certification.
