FORM, founded by CEO Dan Eisenhardt in 2016, is a direct-to-consumer sports technology company dedicated to developing augmented reality swimming goggles. The goggles provide swimmers with real-time visual feedback and display metrics such as time, distance, stroke rate, pace per 100, and calories, all shown directly within the swimmer's field of view. Through a collaboration with Polar, swimmers can now also view their heart rate in real time throughout their swim.
