Guangzhou LBP Medicine Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on August 20, 2020 (Stock Code: 688393, Stock Abbreviation: LBP). It is the first listed company in China's pathology diagnostics field. The company's headquarters is located in the Science City and it owns a newly built industrial park covering nearly 30,000 square meters, mainly engaged in the research, development, production, sales, and service of in vitro diagnostic reagents and instruments. Since its establishment, the company has focused on its core business with meticulous efforts, building a diversified technology platform. It has independently developed several core technologies including sedimentation-based liquid-based cytology technology, reverse dot blot PCR preparation technology, real-time fluorescent PCR preparation technology, FISH probe labeling technology, IHC pathological diagnosis antibody screening and quality control technology, and related supporting instrument manufacturing technology. As one of the most comprehensive and diverse manufacturers in China’s pathology diagnostics field, it can meet the needs of medical institutions at different levels. Both the company and its subsidiary, LBP Automation, have obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Certificate. Sixteen core products have received the title of "High-tech Product of Guangdong Province," and it has also been awarded honors such as Innovative Enterprise of Guangdong Province (Pilot) in 2018 and Guangdong Provincial Pathology Diagnostics Engineering Technology Research Center. Products have passed CE EU certification, British Standards Institution (BSI), and Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare quality certification. Over the years, the company has participated in several national key projects under the "863 Program," provincial and municipal projects, obtaining nearly 70 authorized patents, including 19 invention patents, and formed 36 related software copyrights. It has nearly 600 registered/recorded products and this number continues to increase. Subsidiaries and central laboratories have been successively established in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, Wuhan, Hunan, and Chongqing to ensure rapid response to customer needs. Relying on the synergistic advantages of its self-owned brand reagents and instruments, a complete marketing network, and high-quality service system, the company's products have covered more than 2,000 medical institutions across China.
