Progyny is a company that manages fertility benefits on behalf of large employers, with clients including some of the most prominent employers across various industries in the United States. In 2016, the company launched its fertility benefits solution with its top five employer clients, and its client base has since expanded to over 80. Currently, Progyny provides coverage (referred to as "lifetime coverage" in the industry) to approximately 1.4 million employees and their partners, whom the company refers to as members. Progyny has achieved this growth by demonstrating that its purpose-built, data-driven, and disruptive platform consistently delivers superior clinical outcomes in a cost-effective manner while enhancing satisfaction among clients and members.
