Happify

Happify is a mental health service platform dedicated to developing courses, activities, and mini-games related to mental health and emotional management, allowing users to have an online experience to achieve a more fulfilling life. It offers a series of courses, activities, and mini-games on its app and website for users to experience online. Neither the courses nor the easy-to-play mini-games are randomly created; they are based on decades of scientific research in positive psychology, competency-based training, and mindfulness. Happify provides over 60 courses with diverse themes, ranging from psychological resilience, mindfulness, depression, anxiety, to addressing secondary stress issues caused by chronic illnesses. In recent years, the platform has expanded to address more than a dozen other chronic conditions that may overlap with mental health issues, such as heart health and psoriasis. It is also available globally, offering programs in 10 different languages, including the newly added Italian and Castilian Spanish.
