Easterly Government Properties was founded in 2012 as a commercial real estate developer. They primarily focus on purchasing, developing, and managing Class A commercial properties leased to U.S. government agencies that perform essential functions of the U.S. government. They lease properties to these agencies through the GSA, which generates nearly all of their revenue.
