On June 18, BeiGene and SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc. announced the establishment of MapKure, LLC, jointly owned by both parties. MapKure was founded to develop BGB-3245—an investigational oral, highly selective small molecule inhibitor targeting specific monomeric and dimeric B-RAF activation mutations.
