AxoMax is a newly established medical device company in Pittsburgh. They have obtained a license for a portfolio of intellectual property surrounding peripheral nerve repair and nerve conduit manufacturing from the University of Pittsburgh. Aimed at advancing the development of the AxoMax® Smart US 9498221 double-walled microsphere implantable medical device. Publication: Incorporation of double-walled microspheres into polymer nerve conduits for sustained delivery of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor.
