Health Scholars was founded by healthcare professionals who recognized the need to enhance the effectiveness of immersive education and clinical training. Established in 2017, their mission is to advance healthcare simulation through virtualization, making experience-based training scalable, accessible, and affordable for public health and safety professionals.Health Scholars is a cloud-based, VR-enabled training platform featuring VR simulation, simulation management, and readiness reporting solutions for managing, delivering, and analyzing clinical training. Their VR simulations extend physical simulation beyond simulation centers, enabling repeated practice of correct workflows as well as critical soft skills such as communication, situational awareness, and critical thinking.Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Health Scholars’ clinical and support operations are embedded in the world-class Jump Trading Simulation and Education Center at the OSF campus in Peoria, Illinois.
