Synspira Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to significantly improving the lives of people with cystic fibrosis (CF) and other rare diseases. Inspired by patients, Synspira focuses on developing a rationally designed portfolio of products that can transform lives and enhance patients' quality of life. Synspira is working to develop two new products (SNSP113 and SNSP003) aimed at delivering better clinical outcomes and reducing the treatment burden for lung disease, malabsorption syndrome, and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. SNSP113, Synspira's lead product, is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials for patients with cystic fibrosis.
