Zenith Epigenetics Ltd. (“Zenith Epigenetics”) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing best-in-class bromodomain and extra-terminal domain protein (BET) inhibitors for the treatment of cancer and other diseases with significant unmet medical needs. Our innovative epigenetics platform at the forefront of biology and chemistry has generated differentiated, potent, and selective BET inhibitors. Our goal is to become a leading epigenetics company by translating bromodomain biology into effective therapies.Our lead BET inhibitor (BETi) ZEN-3694 is currently in Phase 2 clinical development for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and is being evaluated in a Phase 1b/2 clinical trial for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) in collaboration with Pfizer, with the first patient dosed in June 2019.This enables our team to effectively develop multiple therapeutic programs. Our research team, based in Calgary, Alberta, has extensive and long-standing expertise in epigenetics and is a leader in the discovery of pan and selective BET inhibitors for oncology and other indications. Development activities are led by our team in San Francisco, which places a strong emphasis on translational medicine to drive patient pre-selection, coupled with a proven track record in drug development, enabling us to excel in the field of epigenetics.
