The Pennant Group’s home health and hospice agencies, as well as senior living communities, operate relatively independently and do not have a traditional corporate headquarters. Instead, they are supported by a "Service Center" (a world-class team of professional resources) that provides guidance in their respective fields of information technology, compliance, human resources, accounting, payroll, legal, risk management, education, and other services. This allows on-site leadership and caregivers to focus on the daily care and operational issues of their respective agencies or communities.
