Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) is one of the core organizations responsible for implementing science and technology policies in Japan, including the government's Basic Plan for Science and Technology. From the creation of knowledge (the source of innovation) to ensuring that research outcomes are shared with society and Japanese citizens, JST fully carries out its mission.
