Oticon is a hearing aid manufacturer. The company is a subsidiary of the Demant Group. In 1904, Hans Demant founded the company because his wife suffered from hearing loss. The company claims to be the world's second-largest hearing aid manufacturer and adopted the "Spaghetti Organization" management model led by Lars Kolind from 1988 to 1998.
