Vascular Graft Solutions (VGS), established in 2009 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, is a company dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative medical solutions. VGS's leading product, VEST (Venous External Support Technology), is an external device support designed to enhance the longevity of venous grafts by optimizing their hemodynamics and alleviating graft-induced complications. After receiving CE approval in 2014, VGS entered the international market and its products are now available for sale in the UK, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Israel, Switzerland, Greece, and South Africa, with primary marketing efforts currently focused in Europe.
