Rumpus Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing innovative science for neglected pediatric diseases, focusing on drug development for rare and orphan diseases primarily affecting children that currently have no approved treatments. Orphan diseases are underrepresented in the new drug landscape, and our goal is to change that. Our focus is to bring much-needed treatments to rare and orphan conditions with high morbidity and mortality rates. Our R&D efforts span small molecules, proteins, cell, and gene therapy platforms.
