Epirium

Epirium is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a unique understanding of the biology of mitochondrial biogenesis and function, leading to profound insights into its clinical effects in diseases. We have identified and established an IP-protected small molecule platform that constitutes a new class of therapies with the potential to stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis and function. We are currently developing our lead clinical candidate, which has been shown to trigger mitochondrial biogenesis in early human studies, as a potential treatment for many therapeutic areas, starting with rare diseases.
