Basic Information
Immuneering is a biopharmaceutical company focused on improving patient outcomes for a range of debilitating cancers and neurological diseases by applying its deep expertise in translational bioinformatics to every stage of the drug development process. With over a decade of experience in translational bioinformatics, Immuneering has gained profound insights into mechanisms of drug action and patient therapeutic responses. Based on this experience, Immuneering has developed a disease-agnostic platform that enables the company to leverage human data, novel biology and chemistry, and translational initiatives to create and advance its wholly owned pipeline. Immuneering’s current oncology development programs focus on providing potential treatments for patients with solid tumors caused by mutations in tumor signaling pathways, including the MAPK pathway. Immuneering’s lead product candidate, IMM-1-104, is a highly selective dual MEK inhibitor that further disrupts KSR for the treatment of advanced solid tumors in patients with RAS mutant tumors. Additionally, Immuneering has six oncology programs targeting the MAPK or mTOR pathways in the discovery stage, along with two neuroscience programs also in the discovery stage.
