Navigen

Navigen is a drug discovery and development company. Their early strategy was to acquire early-stage technologies from academia and advance them to support IND-enabling studies using non-dilutive funding from grants, contracts, and corporate partnerships. They have successfully executed this strategy, raising approximately $40 million in non-dilutive funding, advancing two of their programs into pre-IND studies, with the goal of submitting IND applications for both simultaneously within 12 to 14 months. Navigen has developed a discovery platform that fully leverages the potential of D-peptides as drugs with excellent targeting and specificity, with little to no risk of antigenicity. Navigen possesses a set of proprietary tools that allow access to more (larger) targets and reduce the time required to identify promising new drugs.
