Madrigal is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to novel treatments for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a serious liver disease with significant unmet medical needs. The company has advanced its lead candidate, resmetirom (a once-daily oral thyroid hormone receptor (THR) β-selective agonist), into four Phase 3 clinical trials for NASH.
