CanCure LLC is an anti-cancer drug development startup with the mission of translating proprietary innovative cancer immunotherapy technologies into clinical use. CanCure specializes in antibodies that enhance a patient’s own natural immune function to fight cancer. CanCure is currently working to bring its lead product, CuraB-10, into clinical trials in the near future. CuraB-10 is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody targeting soluble MIC (sMIC), an immune-suppressive molecule released by tumors. In small animal models, CuraB-10 monotherapy has demonstrated significant efficacy and safety in inducing the regression of advanced cancers. When used in combination, CuraB-10 can also significantly enhance tumor responsiveness to immune checkpoint therapies.
