Adastra Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a privately held clinical-stage oncology company dedicated to providing responsible solutions to advance the care of cancer patients. Adastra's lead clinical candidate, zotiraciclib, is initially being developed for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), two Myc-overexpressing brain cancers. Zotiraciclib is the subject of standalone clinical studies in GBM and an upcoming pilot study in DIPG.
